凍肉絞肉機是食品加工中德*設(shè)備，采用德國技術(shù)，具有*優(yōu)越的性能，食品級優(yōu)質(zhì)SUS304不銹鋼制造。它可將未解凍—12℃以下凍肉直接進行絞切，形成不同規(guī)格的肉粒，不損害肌肉纖維組織，肉料溫升小，利于產(chǎn)品保鮮，延長貨架期，為斬拌或攪拌做好前期準(zhǔn)備工作。整機采用不銹鋼材料制造，適用于凍肉、速凍油、芝麻、花生各種凍狀物等。整機外形美觀整潔、操作簡單、效率高。由于在無須解凍的情況下工作，更好地保持了肉的營養(yǎng)及肉的鮮味。本機料道與料斗連為一體，絞肉部分及外包裝全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制成，光亮平整、易于清洗、符合食品衛(wèi)生要求。絞龍軸導(dǎo)程合理、入料口大、進料暢通、生產(chǎn)效率高。
